Paperbark
It’s all in its name. Paperbark was traditionally used by the indigenous population to wrap there meats in before placing it on the fire (same way lots of Asian countries use banana leaf) and that’s not where the ingredients end, come for the finger lime, native plums and macadamia creams and stay for the wattle seed espresso martini. Yum! This is also a plant based restaurant
