¡PINCHE POUTINE!
Are you kidding me?! This place is absolutely unbelievable. From the spicy BBQ plantain poutine to the al pastor sweet potato poutine to the seitan sandwich, your minds and mouths will be blown. Great service. Cute. Hole-in-the-wall. Orange and yellow. Come here. Eat.

Curcuma Vegano/Vegetariano
Another solid vegan option in Guadalajara! Amazing taco options, vegan hot dogs and burgers, and a weekend buffet! The price is definitely right as well. The overwhelming smell of incense from the shop next door is a touch off-putting. Otherwise, this place is pretty perfect!

Krishna Vegan
The restaurant is tiny. The menu and portions are huge. 9 flavors of vegan tacos, all for under 20 pesos apiece. Pizza. Burgers. Hot dogs. Pasta. Wraps. Salads. The vegan meat and cheese is made literally right down the street. One of the best kept secrets in all of Guadalajara.

El Vegano
Part of the uber-trendy Mercado via Libertad, a bunch of amazing culinary options in a two-story open space, El Vegano does not disappoint. The portions are large, and the service is friendly. The Tacos No Fish and the Wrap De Setas are otherworldly.
