Ireland’s School of Falconry

Located on the grounds of the beautiful Ashford Castle, this experience was worth the drive (and walk). You get to hold a damn hawk. A Harris Hawk to be specific. The guides take you out on a “hawk walk” where you’re feathered friend will come and go from your glove to a nearby perch and back. The guides are extremely knowledgeable and kind. Titanic Belfast

Such a beautiful and informative walk through the history of Belfast and the life of the Titanic. So many details are presented in this very well curated exhibit. Plus there was a fun surprise about half way through (won’t give it away). I don’t normally like super tourist stuff but this was well worth it.

Such a beautiful and classy property. From the moment we arrived, our every need was handled. The bar and restaurant are both beautiful and delicious. The afternoon art tea was spectacular. While pricey, this hotel was well worth the cost for the level of service we received.
