Taberninha do Manel
Somewhat of a tourist trap considering it’s right on the river and you probably won’t find many locals there BUT the food is really good and so is the view, so it’s okay to be a tourist for this place

Awesome restaurant for tapas in Porto, so it’s a great place to come with friends! I love it’s quaint feel on the inside with cool, but simple decor and the food is AMAZING. I’m a big tapas fan so I’ve tried tapas all over the world and these are some of the best. If you get there before 6:30 you’ll be fine as a walk-in, but anytime after that you will NEED a reservation
