La Paz Waterfall
This one's easy. Pull off to the side of Highway 126, get out of your car, walk to the center of a bridge, and drink in the two-tiered splendor that is La Paz Waterfall. You can also pay to get in to the adjacent, eponymous park that boasts several other cascades, but La Paz is the star of the show.

La Fortuna Waterfall
Don't be deterred by the price tag required for entry into La Fortuna Waterfall's park. After navigating hundreds of slippery steps, you'll stand (or swim) in a roiling pool at the base of La Fortuna's thunderous cascade, snapping pictures and thinking that you would've spent twice as much to be here.
