Boston: Fantastic Fenway
More than a ballpark... but the ballpark is pretty good too!

The MFA has an impressive collection of art from all corners of the world. They have great rotating exhibits including one on Winnie the Pooh in the past! Most students get in for free.

Saloniki Greek
Craving tasty, healthy, and cheap greek food? This is your spot. It’s a relatively new joint, but so is everything else in the neighborhood. The food is fresh and delicious!

Fenway Park
Even though I’ve spent most of my adult life trying to flee Boston and insisting I don’t miss it, the one thing that always tugs my heart to come home is Fenway Park. The park is electrified by a crowd with deep and passionate traditions (make sure to brush up on the lyrics to Neil Diamond’s Sweet Caroline - and learn how to sing it the Boston way) and the charm of the oldest ballpark make Fenway unmissable. Make sure to get a Del’s frozen lemonade to revolutionize a hot summer day.

Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum
- This gem of a building is right in the middle of the Fenway neighborhood. The museum was the home of a wealthy art collector and there’s a giant picturesque garden/atrium in the center. The building itself is worth a visit, but the museum itself is the site of the largest unsolved art heist in modern history. Among the missing pieces are two Rembrandts. Isabella Stewart Gardner’s wish when she died was for everything to remain exactly how she left it, so the frames of the missing art pieces remain empty to this day, creating a haunting atmosphere. Bonus: if your name is Isabella, you get in for free!

Regal Fenway & RPX
This theater is blessed (yes, blessed!) with massive leather recliners. It is quite possibly the comfiest way to enjoy a movie!

Blackbird Doughnuts Fenway
This tiny hipster donut shop has a myriad of flavors from the classics to fun ones (everything bagel donut, anyone?). Make sure to get there earlier in the day as they do sell out relatively fast!

Blaze Pizza
Think Chipotle but with pizza. Reasonably priced and with a terrific selection of toppings. The nearby colleges are often holding fundraisers with Blaze, so be sure to ask at the checkout if there are any fundraisers that night you can support through your purchase!
