teamLab Borderless
Having visited over 100 museums on my travels, this one takes the top spot as my favorite museum by far. This museum attends to nearly all your senses with exhibits for sight, sound, smell and hearing. There are many interactive displays which allow for people of all ages to have fun. There’s rooms for kids to play with their senses and for adults to feel like kids again. I would highly recommend taking a visit here if you have the chance and give yourself 3 or more hours to explore as you’ll keep finding new rooms around every corner.

Shibuya Crossing
The largest pedestrian crossing in the world. Do I need to say more? This was such a cool experience watching over 1000 people cross the street every 2 minutes or so. You can grab a coffee at the Starbucks over-looking the crossing and be entertained for hours as masses of people cross while trying not to get trampled.

Totti Candy Factory
If you’ve got a sweet tooth then you’ll surely love this one. Where else will you be able to find cotton candy 5 times the size of your head shaped like a bouquet of flowers. Although pricey for one person, splitting the price with 2-3 friends is worth it and for the size of cotton candy you get, you definitely won’t be able to finish it yourself.

Meiji Jingu
This is a must see shrine which is located near the Harajuku district in Tokyo. Here you’ll find one of the largest torii gates in Tokyo and once passing through this gate, you enter a pristine forests which dissipates the noise coming from the city. Once in you’ll find a lake in the middle of this forest followed by the shrines themselves. Here you can view many locals participating in religious practices.
