This vegetarian restaurant has multiple locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn. It's mostly vegan and has some great lunch options and juices all offered in a relaxed space covered with bleached-wood décor. Sustainable, too!

Opened in 2007 and was one of the few restaurants in LoMa that remained open on weekends to serve local residents. Yummy hand-rolled bagels, traditional spreads & deli staples are offered at this breakfast-&-lunch nook. Still independently owned, too!
