Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center
The world famous spot- and the largest mosque in all of the United Arab Emirates. This place can be explored for hours- such intricate details and beauty in the structure, the carvings, the carpets, the tiles, etc. Truly beautiful

Emirates Palace
The second most expensive hotel built on earth (at an insane $4 billion price tag 😱) - and it’s easy to see why. So many rooms to explore and restaurants- we ate here a few times including our last night in the city. If you’re in Abu Dhabi, this is a must - visit at some point

MOOD GOOD
If you want some tasty camel before leaving town, this is a good place for a cheap easy lunch, that you can have while sitting on the floor. My host picked this spot as our first restaurant when we got into town and for good reason

Saadiyat Beach Club
Abu Dhabi is hot.. you gotta spend time by the water. This spot is one of the best places to do so- great views, a natural beach / island, and also good restaurants nearby

Desert Safari Abu Dhabi
There’s no lack of desert surrounding the Abu Dhabi area. These excursions are touristy but fun- plus it’s good to sandboard down some sand dunes, etc
