Damnoen Saduak Floating Market
A super cool experience about an hour away from Bangkok. One of the biggest floating markets in the area where you can find lots of little trinkets. Crazy to see how the hundreds of boats wind in and out of the tiny canals!

Who doesn’t love a private cabin on the beach for under $12???? 🏝 The staff was also super helpful by providing access to moped rentals! 🏍

khao San Rd.
Khao San Road has everything you can imagine, however if you’re craving something sweet you HAVE to try the “pancakes” from a street vendor. There’s multiple different kinds, but the banana nutella one was my favorite 🍌 🍫 🥞

This little bar right in the middle of the Chatuchak weekend market is a great place to relax after spending hours exploring. Highly recommend ordering a mango smoothie 🥭

If you’re looking to treat yourself to a night out in Bangkok, highly recommend hitting up Octave rooftop for the best views of the city 🌃 One of the coolest rooftop bars I’ve ever been to!

Madame Musur
One of the best pad thais I had in Thailand 🙌 The restaurant is outdoors so you can still enjoy the atmosphere and also has a really cool layout- you can opt for a table or sit on pillows

Like Home Guest House
Meet Nuy, the most hospitable host I have ever met. There are so many hostels in Chiang Mai, however if you’re looking for one where you can get to know the locals, Like Home is for you. Nuy cooked amazing breakfast and Thai dinners, which was all included in the low price you pay to stay. She also has mopeds for rent and gets you the best deals on activities, ensuring that you don‘t get overcharged. Highly recommended for budget travelers!
