Tropicana Las Vegas
In the Bond film Diamond's Are Forever, James Bond checks in to the Hotel Tropicana in Las Vegas after escaping Mr Slumber's cremation chamber. Bond only spends one night in his hotel room, before the diamond chase through Vegas starts. We find Bond in the bathtub, talking to Felix Leiter, telling him to bring in the real diamonds in order to stir up some new leads. He has mixed himself a Vodka Martini.

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino
In the Bond film Diamond's Are Forever, Willard Whyte’s ‘Whyte House’ is the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino (then the Las Vegas International Hotel). The hotel was also featured in two Eighties dramas, Over the Top, with Sylvester Stallone, and Indecent Proposal, with Robert Redford and Demi Moore.

Vandenberg Air Force Base
In the Diamond's Are Forever film, Blofeld launches his satellite from the Vandenberg Air Force Base, on the coast between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara, I-1, southern California. The anti-aircraft guns were mounted on a temporary oil rig which was installed off the coast of Southern California near Oceanside, Route 5, between Los Angeles and San Diego.
