Townhouse Detroit
When visiting Detroit Townhouse was our nicest dinner out! We picked from many plates such as the Pizza, Brussels sprouts, buffalo Cauliflower and one of there burgers! We enjoyed many cocktails and all were amazing! Our server both in the restaurant and behind the bar were so friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Exodos Rooftop
Exodos Rooftop Detroit, Michigan Although we came to Exodos far to early in the day we had a great time and still were able to see that it must be a quite the hot spot at night or a Beautiful Saturday afternoon! They did have a decent happy hour which we era had enjoyed a drink or two and the bartenders were friendly. They have areas for bottle service and events when wanted and a gorgeous patio with plenty of areas! The decor and vibe is really fun and we wanted to make it back one of the nights but it just didn’t happen! Overall, I recommend checking it out later in the night when they have they Dj on and some people to fill the room! #detroit #exodos #michigan #club #nightlife #detroit #travel #hotspot

Deluxx Fluxx
Deluxx Fluxx Deluxx Fluxx is located in The Belt in Detroit and was our favorite in this area! You do need to pay cover (Pays the DJ which we thought was fair) and once you arrive downstairs you’ll find a stage for the DJ or a live band, a bar, arcade room, and my favorite, the neon black light room! This venue was so fun and the perfect environment for meeting people and having a great night. Chris was bartending during our visit and when we were taken back by cocktails being on tab he allowed us to try a few and it quickly reassured us how great they were! Our favorite was the French 75! Truly such a cool place and the top of my list for a fun night out in Detroit!

Grand Trunk Pub
Grand Trunk Pub Detroit, Michigan One of my favorite meals of the day is easily breakfast and for as simple as I like them it can be difficult to find everything I am looking for in one place! My parents visited Grand trunk Pub in Detroit around a month ago and fell in love with the pub and a server named Brittney. We spent both of our mornings in Detroit with Brittney and Grand Trunk pub and let me just say, that is the best way to start the day and Brittney as a ray of friggin sunshine. My parents favorite was the lobster omelette and the Michigan Flyer for me. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out nice and quick! During our mornings my parents would start with an Irish coffee and I had one of the best ciders thus far, which was a Four Berry Pie cider! Sounds super sweet but it was actually more refreshing then anything. We would finish our visits with a breakfast shot, and always amazing Jamo butters with orange juice! There is no smoother shot! Overall I can’t stress enough that Grand Trunk is a cant miss spot. I wish I had more pictures but also must be noted that Grand Trunk has a speakeasy Whiskey Parlor above where you can find great live music, jazz dJ’s and fantastic service!

Mootz Pizzeria and Bar
Mootz Detroit, Michigan I must say, we had passed Mootz two to three times, and it wasn’t until a very unpleasant experience at a different bar in the Belt, The Skip (Do not waste your time there), that we decided to check it out and truly wished we found it sooner! We were greeted immediately at the bar by a gentlemen named Thomas who’s drink making skills were by far some of the best I have witnessed. He was so friendly and professional but also light and fun that we were mesmerized! My dad went with the Old Fashioned, Thomas made my mom a drink called “The Branch” based on what she explained she was looking for and I went with the Gino Bambino. All were to die for! Thomas also made us an Italian mule drink/shot that was so unique and so classy that actually brought us together with the people next to us for great conversation! We stopped in before our dinner reservation so we could not stay to eat but after seeing all the pizzas and other dishes being brought by us and the incredible aroma of the whole establishment I have to say we almost canceled dinner! Also fun fact, they use reusable metal straws which I am quite the fan of! If you’re in the are Abe sure to stop by Mootz and have Thomas make you an exquisite drink! Not many pictures but definitely worth a post!
