If you want to check out the sunset, sip on a spicy margarita and vibe with the locals this is where you need to be. El Prez is the best of the rest when it comes to a rooftop bar in SD. The froze is my favorite drink here because it’s 1. Massive 2. Delicious 3. Tastes like a smoothie and 4...... you’ll see
