One of my personal favorite views is from the Kits Beach Swimming Pool. Best at sunset.

Vancouver Lookout
Top of Vancouver Lookout is a revolving restraunt. Come here for dinner and a view of the city at sunset.

Grouse Mountain
Grouse Mountain is another great spot for views of the city. Locals opt in to do the Grouse Grind a grueling stair climb through the forest. If you wanna skip this you can take the gondola to the top and back down again.

Cypress Hills
There is a view point on the way up to Cypress Hill, it has one of the best views on the city. You'll need a car to access it. If you wake up early you can catch the fog over the city before the sun rolls it away.
