Cypress Hills
There is a view point on the way up to Cypress Hill, it has one of the best views on the city. You'll need a car to access it. If you wake up early you can catch the fog over the city before the sun rolls it away. Queen Elizabeth Park has a great view of the city, best view is beside the Blodel Conservatory. If you'd like a hike with your view head to Dog Mountain at Mount Seymour, make sure you go on a clear day. Stanley Park has a great view of the city head to Prospect Point lookout. One of my personal favorite views is from the Kits Beach Swimming Pool. Best at sunset. Top of Vancouver Lookout is a revolving restraunt. Come here for dinner and a view of the city at sunset. Grouse Mountain is another great spot for views of the city. Locals opt in to do the Grouse Grind a grueling stair climb through the forest. If you wanna skip this you can take the gondola to the top and back down again.

Bloedel Conservatory
Do a brewery tour. Head to the Bloedel Conservatory in Queen Elizabeth Park. Catch a comedy show at Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club. Go for a walk in Lynn Valley Park, yes even in the rain this walk is beautiful as the trees canopy the path. Catch a band at the Commodore, The Biltmore or the Vogue Theater
