Tivoli Gardens
One of the oldest amusement park in the world. Tivoli has a huge offer of carousels, rollercoasters and also different themes like China town and the orient. It is open 365 days in the year. We have been there on New Year‘s Eve and we highly recommend it. It was still decorated with Christmas decoration and looked just like a winter wonderland. Also, danish people are crazy about fireworks. It is the perfect spot to see a huge firework show at 11pm, which last about 10 minutes and then switch to the Townhall square right in front of Tivoli, where the people doing fireworks competitions until the early morning of the first January. It was a great place and we highly recommend to go there on feats days. It is also a very traditional place, so also a place to be for the locals.

Botanical Garden
A very beautiful botanical garden with a lot of tropical plants. The perfect escape on cold days due to its tropical climate.
