Australia Dairy Company
If you want the best eggs in town, or possibly the world, this is that place to go. Serving traditional "Cha Chaan Tang" food, or Hong Kong style western cusine, this place is famous for it's scrambled eggs on toasts and BBQ Pork on macaroni with soup. The eggs are so fluffly and smooth, you'll wonder how something so simple can taste so expentional. And honestly, there's nothing more endearing and quinessentially Hong Kong than the norotiously rude but efficient service here.

Lan Fong Yuen milk tea
The pioneer of the Hong Kong style silk stocking milk tea, or the "pantyhose milk tea". This signature drink's secret is straining the tea brew though a pair of pantyhose to make it taste extra silky smooth. They also make a mean Pork Chop bun and French Toast.

Tai Cheong Bakery
You can't leave Hong Kong without trying the traditional pastry that is the "egg tart", and Tai Cheong is dubbed to have the best egg tarts in town. The creamy and smooth egg custard with the crumbly buttery outer crust, they taste the best when fresh out of the oven.

Kam Wah Cafe & Bakery
"Pineapple buns" are another classic Hong Kong style pastry, and contrary to its name, these buns do not contain any pineapples. The name comes from the apperance of the bun which resembles the txture of a pineapple. The best way to eat the pineapple bun is with a huge slab of butter in the center, or as it's called by the locals "Bo Lo Yau", which is what Kam Wah Cafe is famous for.

Kau Kee Food Cafe
Another place known for its bad service, but there's always a queue anyway because of the killer beef brisket noodle. The perfect distribution of meat and fat, the brisket just melts in your mouth.

Hong Kong Wonton noodles are known for it's springy egg noodles that have a nice bite to it, and the shrimp and pork filled wontons. Many places sell these, but Mak's is one of the more popular one even considering it's higher prices and smaller portions.

Yee Shun Milk Company
If you're a fan of dairy, do yourself a favour and order a bowl of milk pudding from Yee Shun. The texture is silky smooth and creamy, the flavour slightly sweetened and fragrant, you won't be disappointed.

Yat Lok Restaurant (Roast Goose)
If you've never had roast goose before then you're missing out. The roast goose leg, even though more expensive, is known to be the best part of the animal. Thin crispy skin, a layer of greesy fat and the tender goose meat, definitely my kind of guilty pleasure meal.
