The Baked Bear
Build your own ice cream sandwich with cookies, brownies, or a donut and it won't cost you more than $5. My order is the cookie brownie combo with Salted Carmel Fudge ice cream and Heath bar bits. Pro tip, ask them to warm it for you. It's incredible.

A neighborhood spot serving up fantastic Dirty Flat Top cheeseburgers, a no-frills $5 burger with a buttery grilled bun and melted American cheese. It's so good, you might have to get 2.
