At Little Bitty Burger Barn, Man v Food's Casey took on the 5-Alarm Fire Burger Challenge and wins... a large burger spiced with Inferno Seasoning (which features dry ghost pepper and dry scorpion pepper), topped with grilled habaneros and jalapenos, and drenched in Nitro Sauce(a combination of jalapeno, serrano, and habanero peppers, Louisiana Hot Sauce, cayenne powder, ghost pepper sauce, and ghost pepper extract)

This episode of Man V Food features the "Four Horsemen Challenge" at Chunky's Burgers & More. Richman had to consume one of Chunky's ultra-hot Four Horsemen Burgers in under 25 minutes then wait for an additional 5-minute 'burn period' before he can drink or eat anything to cool himself off

Juan in a Million
Adam finished only four-and-a-quarter of the three-quarter pound concoctions of potato, egg, cheese, and bacon all wrapped in a tortilla but was rewarded with posting of his name and photo on the "Juan of Fame" as the first "Celebrity Champ" and one of the top five all-time eaters.

Hickory Hollow Restaurant and Catering
Man v Food's Casey tried the "Large Rancher", a 22-ounce chicken-fried steak smothered in Texas River Bottom Gravy (a roux-based gravy spiced with black pepper), served with a side of Hot Tots(cooked potatoes mashed together with margarine, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, bacon and pickled jalapeños, scooped into tater tot shapes and deep-fried)
