D'Arcy's Pint
Adam takes us to D'arcy’s Pint to try a sandwich called The Horseshoe, The Horseshoe is a style of open-faced sandwich made “only in Springfield” where you stack cheese on top of bacon on top of french fries on top of a meat of your choice. You can pick from pork, buffalo chicken, ground beef or a hamburger patty (yes, those are two separate choices). You could probably walk in with a live raccoon, hand it to the cook and say, “I won’t ask questions if you won’t.”
