Beth's Cafe
Adam went up against the "Southwestern Exposure" 12-egg omelet. The omelet, which includes beef brisket chili, salsa, sour cream, and cheddar cheese, weighs roughly five pounds and is served on a pizza platter. On average, only one person in ten is able to complete the challenge and win a Beth's Cafe t-shirt. This episode's challenge was complicated by the addition of a race against a local competitor, also named Adam, who had previously beaten this challenge. In the end, neither "West Coast Adam" nor "East Coast Adam Won".
