Slows Bar BQ
The restaurant is known for its low-and-slow smoked meats. Adam at a sandwich which was made with Applewood smoked bacon, pulled pork and grilled ham. He used an orange pop BBQ sauce with the sandwich, which he enjoyed.

Mallie's Sports Grill & Bar
For the challenge on this episode, which took place at Mallie's Sports Grill & Bar, Richman fielded a team of 40 people, consisting of policemen, firemen, hockey teams, semi-pro wrestlers and a KISS tribute band, to help him take on the 190-lb "Absolutely Ridiculous" burger challenge in a two-hour time limit. The team managed to eat through 160 pounds of the burger, but ultimately they were unable to complete the challenge in the allotted time.
