16th Avenue Tiled Steps
A great instagram spot with loads of beautiful mosaic tiles. If you go to the top, you can find a great view of the city.

The Embarcadero
One of my must-do things every time I go to San Francisco. It’s a beautiful walk right by the ocean, with a great view of the Bay Bridge which looks spectacular during the day and night! If you keep walking along this path, it will lead you straight to Pier 39 as well.

Marin Headlands
You can either bike across the Golden Gate (extremely fun and easy to rent a bike, but very tiring) or drive. If you drive up there there is a trail and when you get to the top there's a spectacular view of the bridge and city.

Kirby Cove
Also on the other side of the Golden Gate. You can either walk or drive down a trail, and you can find a little cove/beach which is right by the water and the bridge. It's a beautiful view of the bridge.

Twin Peaks
Kind of a windy drive up, but has the most amazing and high up view of the city. I would suggest going at sunset, but beware of crowds and weather, if it's foggy you won't be able to see anything!

Fort Baker
Also across the Golden Gate, but instead of turning left, you go right and at the bottom there's an excellent sight of the bridge (use Google maps to find it)

Alamo Square Park
Both are parks which are fun to have picnics on or hang around on a warm, nice day out. Alamo Square Park is right by the painted ladies (Full House fans!!)
