Bali Sea Turtle Society
In Kuta, Bali you can tick an awesome experience off your bucketlist. It is here you can release a sea turtle into the wild. Most days at around 4pm the staff and yourself walk down to the beach with you sea turtle in a small lunch box sized container. You then crouch down and tip your sea turtle onto the floor and watch as they race to sea to begin there journey. This is a really memorable experience and one you will really treasure

Mount Sibayak
Sumatra has 35 active volcanoes making it one of the best places to complete this experience. Climbing up Mount Sibayak is an utterly amazing walk with unbelievable views of the very active Mount Sinabing on a clear day. This experience is so much fun and very surreal being at the top of and in the crater of an acitve volcano with sulphur gas coming out of vents and smelling like egg. It's an awesome experience and a good story to tell!

Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre
Finding a wild Orangutan is unfortunately a very hard thing to do due to deforestation and hunting. However on the River Kinabatangan in Borneo and Gunung Leuser National Park in Sumatra, you will have a great chance. We were lucky enough to see a total of 12 orangtuan across the two countries. Seeing such beautiful animals in their natural environment is so special and one for everybodies bucketlist.

Mount Leuser National Park
For most nature/animal lovers the thought of trekking through a rainforest is very exciting. In Sumatra you can do this. Gunung Leuser National Park is a great place to trek as the rainforest is absolutely huge and has so much wildlife including orangutan, sun bear, elephants, rhino, snakes, pig tail maques and so much more. Our guide had actually seen most of these animals here, apart from the rhino. On a 7-10 trek you have an amazing chance to see elephants and possibly a tiger.

Rhodes
In Rhodes Old Town on the Greek Island of Rhodes you can find the spot where the Colloseus of Rhodes once stood. This is one of the seven ancient wonders of the world and probably one of the most easiest to get to with other ancient wonders being places such as Machu Picchu and The Pyramids. Rhodes Old Town is a medieval fort that really feels like you are stepping back in time. The town has so many amazing side streets with incredible little stalls and the most gorgeous harbour surrounded by old fort walls.
