Holy Spirit Espresso
This is the smallest coffee shop that I have been to! Holy Spirit serves great morning Joe from a closet sized shop. Great place to grab a coffee and sit outside or take it for a walk around Santa Fe.

A local favorite especially for breakfasts! I was recommended Tia Sophia’s and in turn recommending it to you. The breakfasts are hearty here and served with warm tortillas and butter. Delish!

Rosewood Inn Of the Anasazi
This Inn is a lovely place to have a meal even if you are not staying at the Anasazi. If you are looking for a fine dining experience in a casual atmosphere, Inn of the Anasazi is a great place. The food is in an incredible take on upscale SW cuisine using local ingredients. Delicious!

Julie's Place
This little hole in the wall hamburger place had several great reviews so I had to check it out. From the outside it definitely is a dive but it serves incredible burgers and fries! I tasted why it was a local favorite! Yummy

Palace of the Governors
This is one of the oldest buildings in Santa Fe. It is now a cool historic museum and is located on the Santa Fe Main Plaza. If you are looking for hand crafted jewelry, you will find many vendors in the front- great place to do some shopping too!

Route 66
One of my favorite states to drive Route 66 on, the other is Arizona. Think is the state to take it slow and check out the historic cities and restaurants along Rte 66. Santa Fe and Old Town Albuquerque are also a definite must!

Carlsbad Caverns National Park
One of the best Cave Systems that I have visited. Exploring these caves in New Mexico is well worth the visit. The formations are incredible and the system is huge. It can take quite awhile to explore these caves.

Roswell
If any city gets into the UFO theme, it’s Roswell! This is a cool day trip of a city, especially the downtown. Visit the UFO Museum and research center which is the best thing to see in Roswell!

International UFO Museum And Research Center
Whether or not you believe in UFOs, this is a pretty interesting place to visit. This research center/ museum chronicles the famous Roswell incident so you can make your own conclusion. Also there are documentation of other sightings inside the center.

Hotel St. Francis
My favorite Santa Fe hotel and the oldest in the city. This boutique style hotel is located in the heart of everything and a block from the main plaza. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a lovely mission revival style. Great stay!

Famous Plaza Cafe
The Bacon! That is what I was told to eat at this fun diner. Yes the bacon was delicious but so are the other items on the menu. This restaurant is located on the main square so it is a nice place to stop in for breakfast or lunch.

Church Street Cafe
My favorite restaurant in the historic area of Albuquerque. I have been back several times because it is so delicious! You can’t go wrong with anything you order from this SW Mexican eatery. The sauces on the dishes are what makes their food phenomenal!

Dels
This is a classic Route 66 restaurant that has been open since 1956. I highly recommend the Chicken Fried Steak!! This has to be the best I’ve had and to this day, I have not found any other CFS that tops Del’s!

El Rancho Hotel
This is such a cool classic hotel where Hollywood’s A List of yesteryear stayed at while filming old Westerns. The hotel itself is like you stepped back in time. This is also a great spot to stop for lunch as the Mexican food is pretty delicious!
