Hands down, coolest national park we've been to. It's out of the way, but making the drive is a must to marvel t these incredible mountain ranges.

Waitomo Glowworm Caves
A pitch black, underground cave and river system that you float through on tubes which is also home to phosphorescent glow worms. Need I say more?

This protected Wilderness Area in northern Minnesota is made up of over 1.1 million acres of land and 1,000 lakes. Many people travel the world to see undisturbed nature like this, but as Minnesotans, we are lucky enough to have it right in our backyard.
