Sophia’s is a CoMO favorite serving Italian inspired dishes in a casual upscale atmosphere. This is a great spot for all day dining from brunch until dinner serving a nice wine selection.

Les Bourgeois Vineyards
Off Hwy 70 is Missouri’s third largest winery. Visit the A-Frame and Bistro for delicious dining or sit outdoors with some wine and charcuterie. Great place to get away and relax.

CC's City Broiler
This is one delicious steak house serving prime cuts and nice seafood dishes. The seafood is fed-ex’d for freshness but if in Missouri go for the steak! This steak place has been a favorite restaurant for us and family that still lives in Columbia.

Booches
Built in the late 1800s, Booches is the oldest pool hall in Columbia. They are famous for their burgers which are great! This is a college town so it is frequented by students and locals alike.

Shakespeare's Pizza - Downtown
This pizzeria has been opened since 1973 and located close to the university. The pizza is the best in town and has been a favorite with locals and students.

Jack Stack Barbecue - Freight House
Another KC BBQ restaurant that is high on my list and has set the bar for me and BBQ. The meat is so tender and the sides are amazing. Love this place!

Stone Hill Winery
Located in Hermann, Stone Hill winery is a charming place with wine tasting and delicious German restaurant. The food is very good here and the best German food in town.

Lambert's Cafe
Home of the Thrown Rolls. I am serious, they actually throw rolls at you! This place has always been a fun place for us although I am terrible at catching. The main dishes are American classic and they also do Pass Arounds for side dishes, meaning a large platter of sides are passed around and you take what you want. Love this place!

Arthur Bryant's Barbeque
This place is legendary and has been visited by three American Presidents! This is legit KC BBQ and the one on Brooklyn is the original. Yummy stuff happens here!
